Ever since Kevin Steen, I mean Kevin Owens' debut on Raw last summer, he's been the best heel outside of creative in WWE. From beating Cena clean, calling out Michael Cole constantly, and being unapologeticly Canadian, "KO-Mania" is deserving of every accolade there is. 

Speaking of which, an angel has decided to put a down payment on their wings by creating a website dedicated to inserting Owens into classic cartoons. Named Saturday Morning Steen it features scenes from Doug to Inspector Gadget with Owens not only spliced in, but drawn to match the cartoon Owens featured in.
