Being a kid back in the 90's was an amazing experience. The music was great, Hip Hop and R&B was at an all time high. Growing up watching Chicago teams, sports were a must see thanks to the dynasty Bulls. The lifestyle was amazing, but the best part was Nicktoons.
Nicktoons was a series of shows created for children ranging from 6-16. You had the shows like Doug, Ren & Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, Rocket Power and etc.
Two of the most popular Nicktoons classics featured "bullies." Not just any "bullies," but "bullies" that happen to be two little blonde haired girls.

In the red corner... Angelica "Crumb Snatching" Pickles
In Rugrats, Angelica is the cousin of main character Tommy Pickles. Nearly every episode, Angelica is mean to Tommy and his friends throughout, only to get caught up in her shenanigans by the end credits. She's a ruthless blonde pig tail wearing 4 year old that's evil and will do anything in her power to get what she wants. The main reason for her antics is her sweet tooth. She wants those chocolate chip cookies and wont take no for an answer. She's accompanied by Cynthia, her doll that's missing pieces of her hair. Pickles may be small, but she's definitely a firecracker and a half.
In the blue corner... Helga "Neck Breaker" Pataki
Helga is the neighborhood bully in Hey Arnold. Known by her trademark uni brow and pig tails she's a big bad to the all the kids except Arnold. "Football head," I mean Arnold is the boy of her dreams. She constantly picks on him, but when she is alone she expresses her true feelings for the love of her life. But enough with all that mushy stuff, she has an edge that will make a grown man think twice about messing with her. She packs a mean backhand punch that will make a person see stars. She doesn't back down from a challenge. Get in her way and you're asking for trouble. Helga is one tough cookie, and if Angelica takes her lightly she is gonna bite off more than she can chew.
